We’re seeking high-achieving high school graduates who want to challenge themselves to lecture in front of hundreds of students, design innovative classes, and produce brilliant resources. You'll join a team of focused, hard-working, creative and intelligent people who do great things.

    Drive product development, helping design and deliver amazing lectures, classes, notes and other resources, including the potential for some exciting projects.

    Work individually and collaboratively at throughout the year. We have two lecture series over winter and spring, and then plenty of opportunities to take classes, create resources and work directly with our amazing partner schools and universities.

    Requirements


    You really care about education; you will soak in every opportunity we give you to become a better teacher.

    You have empathy for others, and you understand that not everyone is at your level. You genuinely care about all students and you’re driven to help them learn.

    You’re a great communicator; you can engage and really cut across with students.

    You got a study score above 45 and you plan to tutor and take classes for this subject.

    You have a strong understanding of how students are assessed; you didn’t just get a good score, you know the mechanics behind getting a good score.

    You will endeavour to attend all team events, including team training, skillshares and more.
